The JIRA connector turns Cybsis into a first-class participant in your existing ticket flow:
- Push — incidents, risks, and corrective actions create JIRA issues in your chosen project, with the right issue type, priority, and assignee
- Pull — status changes on linked JIRA tickets sync back to Cybsis on a 2-minute auto-sync cycle
- Link existing tickets — already have a JIRA ticket for an incident? Paste the key into Cybsis and the bidirectional link is established
- Comments roundtrip — comments on linked tickets propagate both ways
Particularly common with the Email Triage and Automation Rules modules, so the full path becomes: inbound email → Cybsis incident → JIRA ticket assigned to the right team.
