RaulWalter's CyberSecure practice runs CISO-as-a-service mandates, ISMS implementations, and audit-readiness engagements for clients across Estonia and the wider EU. Every one of those engagements is delivered using Cybsis — the same instance type a paying customer gets, configured the same way, on the same module catalogue.

That's why the roadmap moves the way it does. Features get prioritised because a delivery team needs them on a live engagement next month, not because a product manager polled the market. Bugs surface in our own consultants' workflows before they reach a customer. The Complete combo at €14,950 is the surface our consultants spend their working day inside — every paid module switched on.

Customers buying Cybsis get the product. Customers engaging RaulWalter's CyberSecure practice get the product plus the people who built it — implementation, audit prep, and ongoing CISO services delivered on the same platform.

The 200+ figure covers Estonian public-sector bodies, regulated SMEs, holdings, and consultancies running Cybsis 1.x or 2.0 today. If a prospect needs reference conversations to close, we arrange them directly with customers who've agreed in advance — quietly, and only when it matters.

From Cybsis 1.x to 2.0.

Cybsis 1.x — 2021 onwards

Built as the Estonian E-ITS implementation tool. Took the country's mandatory public-sector cybersecurity standard from spreadsheet-driven misery to a tool people actually used. The 200+ entity count comes mostly from this generation — public-sector organisations, regulated SMEs, and the consultancies serving them. Still maintained for customers who haven't yet migrated.

Cybsis 2.0 — framework-agnostic rewrite

Same workflows, modern stack, framework-agnostic by design — 28 standards in the catalogue today instead of one, 17 paid modules on top of the Core ISMS instead of a monolith. 1.x customers migrate at the same price they pay today (the Reasonable combo is set to match Cybsis 1.x deliberately) with every workflow preserved and a modular upgrade path sitting on top.
