Welcome to cybsis.ee (the "Site"). This website is owned and operated by RaulWalter OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). cybsis.ee is the marketing site for Cybsis 2.0 — RaulWalter's information-security management platform.

By accessing and using this Site, you, the user ("you"), agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of RaulWalter OÜ or its content suppliers and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws.

The content includes both original works created by RaulWalter OÜ and images or materials licensed from third parties for use on this Site. All rights are reserved.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this Site. You may view the pages and content on your computer screen for your own private purposes.

Information submitted via the quote-request form on this Site is sent to RaulWalter's sales team for the sole purpose of preparing and delivering a commercial quote. The Site itself does not set tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not embed cross-site scripts.

6. Cybsis 2.0 Software Product

Use of the Cybsis 2.0 software product itself — including any deployment of Cybsis on RW Hosting, on your own cloud, or on-premises — is governed by a separate licence agreement attached to your invoice, not by these Terms. These Terms cover only your use of the cybsis.ee marketing website.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This Site is provided by RaulWalter OÜ on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Site or the information, content, or materials included on this Site. You expressly agree that your use of this Site is at your sole risk.

RaulWalter OÜ does not warrant that the Site, its servers, or e-mail sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
