Pricing. No framework fee — enabling Multi-Instance is free. Sub-instances start at €300/year each. That floor is set for a small dependent unit — a school, a library, a care home under a municipality — where the entity adds licensing and audit-log overhead and little else. An entity that runs an operation of its own is priced closer to a licence of its own, so a group of substantial operating companies is quoted entity by entity rather than multiplied off the floor. Complete bundles no sub-instances — entities are priced on top there as everywhere else.
