For organisations whose documents live in Microsoft 365, Cybsis links to the tenant's content directly:

  • SharePoint / OneDrive document linking — documents and evidence in Cybsis point at files that stay in your tenant, via Microsoft Graph
  • Live metadata — name, size, and last-modified come from Graph, so the register reflects the current file
  • Broken-link detection — when an item is deleted or sharing is revoked, the link is flagged instead of failing silently
  • Tenant-scoped — one connector per Cybsis instance, OAuth-based access, credentials encrypted (AES-256-GCM)
